For your business
Calculate how much your business could make from Instagram.
Connect your Instagram account and answer a few questions about your business. We’ll use your numbers to estimate how much more revenue it could bring in and show you what would need to change to get there.
Get your result first. Choose separately whether to share it with Hanami.
The connected option
Less typing, with
clear permission.
Not connected yet. Customer Instagram login is still being set up. This page cannot open a working connection or request account permissions yet.
The planned connection will import your Instagram handle and supported account-level activity, such as reach and views, for a stated period. Your average sale value, enquiries and paying customers still come from you. Activity figures provide context; they don’t establish sales.
The intended access is for reading this account information. It does not include publishing, reading private messages, changing your account or spending on ads. The exact permissions and data-retention details will appear before the working connection is enabled.
Sharing contact details and a copy of your result with Hanami will be a separate choice after the calculation. Connecting will not automatically sign you up for sales follow-up.
Use the no-login calculator nowBefore you start
You decide
what to share.
This version asks only for business figures you type in: your sale value, past enquiries and customers, and the targets you want to test. Accounts reached is optional context.
The calculation runs in this page. It requests no Instagram account access, so it cannot read your private messages, publish posts, change your profile or spend money on ads. It does not ask for your Instagram password.
How your figures are handled
There is no form submission, analytics tracker, cookie or saved account in this calculator. Figures are held in the page’s memory. Reset clears them; a reload starts over. Copying or downloading a summary creates a copy you control. Opening Hanami’s website does not include your figures in the link.
The connected option is being prepared. Its requested data, permission choices, retention and deletion process must be explained before you connect. Instagram insights alone cannot tell us who bought from your business.
Build your scenario
Start with what
you know.
Use one complete 30-day group of Instagram enquiries. Count each person once, then follow that group through your normal sales cycle to see who buys.
Here’s what your
scenario adds up to.
Estimated first-sale revenue from one 30-day enquiry group, once its sales cycle is complete.
A scenario based on your assumptions. Revenue is not profit, and this is not a forecast or a count of missed sales.
The arithmetic, in full
Customer counts are expected values and may be fractional. Actual customers are whole people. No repeat purchases, costs or lifetime value are included.
What would need to change
You chose these targets. They are not improvements measured by Hanami or guaranteed by Instagram.
Where these numbers come from
Instagram can help describe attention; your sales records establish purchases. Neither this model nor a connection can prove that every reported purchase was caused by Instagram.
Keep your result
Copy the full calculation or save a printable summary. Nothing is shared automatically.
A useful estimate starts
with honest assumptions.
What if I sell directly without enquiries?
Choose one trackable step before a first purchase, such as unique visitors arriving from your Instagram link, and use it consistently wherever the calculator says “enquiries.” Only count first-time customers from that same group. Don’t mix visits, people and messages or treat reach as purchase intent.
Why don’t you calculate sales from followers or views?
A view does not establish an intention to buy. This calculator starts with people taking a sales step, then uses your customer conversion assumption and first-sale value. Optional reach helps you describe context; it never creates a revenue estimate.
Does the result mean I missed out on this money?
No. It shows the arithmetic if your chosen assumptions hold. It cannot establish what would have happened under different content, offers or follow-up. An increase is a comparison with your reported baseline, not money already lost.
How should I compare the result with my sales?
Keep the same offer, attribution rule, first-sale value definition and 30-day enquiry window. Wait long enough for each group’s sales cycle to finish. Record refunds and count customers once across channels. Check changes in season, price or ad spending before crediting Instagram alone.
